HAI NAM OKINAWA CO., LTD

The joint venture between HAI NAM CO., LTD  and OKINAWA CHUOH GYORUI Company of Japan, was established on January 19 , 2004 under the investment license No. 24/GP-BT of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee.   

HAI NAM OKINAWA was established with the function of cultivating grape seaweed for export. Office and production areas of the company is located on an area of 10,000 m 2 , the coast Phu Hai (way Mui Ne resorts).

GROWING GRAPE SEAWEED FOR EXPORT

Umibudo (Caulerpa lentillifera) is famous for its English name as Sea Grapes, or more luxuriously as Green Caviar (green caviar). 

The genus Caulerpa belongs to the phylum of green seaweeds, and there are many species, but only two are commonly eaten, C. lentillifera and C. racemosa, often eaten fresh with salads.
